Cathy Bradshaw, MBA
Founder & President
Central FL Regional Director
Cathy Bradshaw is an educator, business coach and licensed minister. She has a Master's degree in Business Administration, B.S. degree in Business/Finance & an A.S. degree in Computer & Information Systems. Her profession throughout the years as a business owner, teacher, youth minister, church administrator and Sunday School teacher has allowed her to work with children & adults of various ages & socio-economic backgrounds.
As the business owner of a preschool academy, she taught VPK & served the needs of children from infants through elementary kids with her after school program for nine years. She later began teaching adult basic education and GED classes to felons, youth inmates ages 14 through 24 at a correctional institution for six years. During that time, she also began a Reentry Program and began teaching life skills and character education courses. Afterwards, Cathy began teaching Computing for College and Careers, Digital Design and Digital Information Technology in high school (one in which included middle school students). She has lead hundreds of students to earn industry certifications as Microsoft Office Specialist in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access & Outlook, and in Adobe Photoshop, Flash & Dreamweaver. Prior to teaching, Cathy was a tax & business consultant.
Charlene Brown, M.S.
South FL Regional Director
Charlene Brown is a School Counselor who is passionate about providing guidance, support, tools and resources to students. Charlene graduated with her B.S. Degree at Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and with her Masters in Guidance and Counseling at Nova Southeastern University. She is currently employed at her Alma Mater, Blanche Ely High School in Pompano Beach, FL.
Quasheena Knight, M.Ed
North FL Regional Director
Quasheena Knight is a secondary teacher. She has been teaching since 2010. She has a Masters of Education degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Social Science Education. Sheena is the 2025 District Teacher of the Year for Madison County. She serves as department head at her school and coaches girls volleyball. In 2011-2012 largest percent of Reading Gains in the state of Florida. In 2013-2014, she was Madison County High School Teacher of the Year. In 2018-2019, she had 83% passing rate on Florida's standardized Civics End of Course Exam. Quasheena Knight is resides in north Florida and is the owner of The Favor Lab.

Dr. Janice Jackson
Board Member
Dr. Janice Jackson is a Pastor, entrepreneuar and cosmetologist. She has been serving as Pastor for 20+ years. She has a Bachelor of Science and Doctorate Degree in Theology. She also has an A.S. in Early Childhood Education from Brevard Community College (now Eastern State College).
