THE JABBAR SCHOLARSHIP

Geneath “Jabbar” Jackson was a student at Palm Bay High School in Palm Bay, Florida where he maintained good grades and played basketball and football.  He was a student with goals, dreams and ambitions and was working toward scholarships.  Unfortunately, Jabbar’s life was cut short, and his dreams never can to fruition.  Jabbar was killed by a drunk driver at the age of 15 years old.

In loving memory & honor of Jabbar, The Jabbar Scholarship was established to help disadvantaged and underrepresented students in the communities in which he grew up. This scholarship will help minority high school seniors in Brevard & Indian River Counties realize their educational goals.
